No problem: any item can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase so long as it is unused and in its original packaging.

Repair and/or replacement of parts and wearable items is billed at normal shop rates.

Special Orders and Layaways
Whenever a product you are looking for isn't in stock we will happily order it for you. We request a 50% down payment to place the order with the balance due upon receipt. Once your order has been placed, special order deposits are non-refundable, but will be available as store credit.
Yes, we do layaways!
To place a product under layaway, we require a 30% deposit. The remaining balance must be paid in full within 60 days, or we reserve the right to sell the product to another customer. Layaway deposits are non-refundable, but are transferrable as store credit.
Yes! We sell Gift Cards. You may purchase a gift card with cash or credit-card in any amount. They never expire, but will incur a 10% processing fee every 12 months for unused cards. Gift Cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
Bicycle Repair Storage Policy
We make every effort to get your repair back to you fast so you can get back out and ride. That means we need to keep our limited storage space in steady rotation to be available for the next person.
We always call when your repair is ready for pickup. Please retrieve your bike within 7 days of this notification.
Bicycles left beyond 30 days from the completion of a repair will incur storage fees at a rate of $1/day.
After 6 Months the fee goes to $2/day.
After 1 year any bicycles left behind will be considered abandoned and disposed of at our discretion.
While we make every effort to contact our customers, it is ultimately the sole responsibility of the bicycle owner to make themselves aware of the status of his/her bicyle. We are not responsible for missed calls, changed phone numbers, full voicemail boxes, etc.
Online orders of parts and accessories can be picked up in the store for free. We will also ship your order to you. Orders of parts and accessories totaling $100 or more get free shipping to the lower 48. Oversized packages and very heavy items may incur a surcharge. Orders for less than $100 get shipped at regular USPS rates.
We do not ship bicycles, however we do deliver. Standard delivery is $25 within 15 miles of the shop. From 16 to 20 miles is $35 and 21 to 30 miles is $50. Further than 30 miles to be determined on case by case basis.
Orders placed from "in stock" may be returned or exchanged within 14 days same as items purchased in store. Orders placed from "in warehouse" will be treated as special orders and special order return policy applies. Returns from "in warehouse" online orders may incur a 20% restocking fee.
