Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind everything we sell and we work with every customer to help make an informed purchase.

Accessories, parts and soft goods that are new, unused and in the original packaging may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase. Special order items may incur a 20% restocking fee. Bontrager accessories and parts come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, so if you use the product and decide it's not quite right, you can still exchange it within 30 days of purchase.

Bicycles: we take great care to work with each customer to recommend the right bike and select the proper size, but sometimes you sleep on it and wish you'd gone with something else. If that's the case, return the bike within 3 days of purchase and we will exchange it for a model that you're sure to be happy with.

If an item is defective, we will work to obtain a warranty replacement within the manufacturer's warranty period.

Labor fees are non-refundable.

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is free for all items, including bikes. Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. 

If you need an item right away, please call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 30 days or a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

Repair Bicycle Storage Policy

When your bicycle is left for repair, we take good care of it and keep it safe. That said, our storage for customer bikes is a premium, especially during the busy summer months. When your repair is ready we will contact you by phone, text or email. In order to meet the needs of our customers and get them back out on their bikes as quickly as possible, we ask that you pick up your repaired bicycle within 7 days of notice that the repair is complete. While we make every effort to contact customers regarding repairs, it is the customer's responsibility to be aware of the status of his/her bicycle. We will keep your bicycle safe for no additional fee for up to 30 days from date repairs are completed. If you need to have your bike stored for longer than 30 days, arrangements should be made in advance. The fee for storage is $45/month billable daily at $1.50/day. 

Bicycle repairs and any applicable storage fees must be paid in full before releasing the bicycle to the customer.

Bicycles left more than 90 days will move to tier 2 storage pricing at $60/month billable daily at $2/day.

Bicycles left more than 180 days will be considered abandoned and disposed of at Revolution Bicycles' discretion.

Revolution Bicycles is not responsible for missed messages, wrong numbers, deleted email, full voicemail, etc. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of the status of his/her bicycle and to arrange to retrieve it within the timeline specified above.

Information Security

We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.

We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.

Prices and Information

Our website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our online catalog. And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. However, inventory or pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist regardless of the source of the error.
